Refund policy

 

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.  It is up to my discretion whether to grant a refund or cancellation. Please make sure you budget appropriately and make sure you can follow through with the sale. I am a small business, and I cannot operate like Amazon or any other big business offering refunds and cancelations without question as I do not have the disposable income to do so.

All payments to wigs are immediately sent to cover the cost of the materials, bases, shipping supplies, etc., as well as cover my day to day living expenses. I am a full-time stylist and I do not have a steady income outside of Mythical Wigs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unmoved in its original packaging. Once this is proven, it is up to me to decide whether to honor the refund. Once your refund is granted, you must ship the wig back at you own cost unless otherwise specified by me. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

In case of damage or loss

If a package arrives damaged, you may NOT ask for a refund, but you may ask to have the product fixed. You must ship back the item you have at your own cost, even if it is totally damaged. Damage from wear and use is NOT counted as damage. Only damage  from shipping will be considered. Contact me immediately at MythicalWigs@gmail.com  if the item has been damaged in shipping or if you have received the wrong items

If you have waited more than 5 business days from the delivery date to notify me of the damage, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us MythicalWigs@gmail.com.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
